Die finanzielle Unterstützung soll nur insoweit erfolgen, als die Destinatäre keine ausreichenden sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüche geltend machen können (Subsidiarität). Die Stiftung erbringt Leistungen nur zugunsten von Personen, welche Wohnsitz in den basellandschaftlichen Bezirken Liestal, Sissach oder Waldenburg haben.Original · German
