Objection and correction

You can object to the display of your person page, request access to your data, report that a figure on a company page is incorrect, object to the publication of a company entry, or request a correction. Prior to any blocking and any provision of information, we confirm your identity via the email address provided. We then block within one working day; requests for correction and access are answered within 30 days. Incorrect details that originated with us (such as through text recognition, assignment, or translation) are blocked promptly following review. If the accuracy cannot be clarified, we note the request in our records and do not display the information until clarified. Errors in the official entry are corrected by the cantonal commercial register office. Type of request

You will find out what information the directory holds regarding you, where it originates from, to whom it is disclosed, and how long we retain it. Access is free of charge; we will reply within 30 days. Prior to this, we verify your identity: you confirm the request from the email address provided. If it remains unclear whether you are the data subject, we will request a copy of an identity document — it will be deleted once the matter is concluded.

We use your details in this form (name, email address, telephone, role, grounds, if necessary a copy of an identity document) solely to examine your request, confirm your identity, and respond to you. The controller is blueSky Information GmbH, Pilatusstrasse 41, 6003 Luzern. The data is hosted with Google Cloud in the EU (Belgium and the Netherlands) and is not passed on to anyone. The notification to us is routed via Twilio SendGrid and Cloudflare, Inc. (both USA, Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework); Cloudflare does not store the content. We retain the request for twelve months after the decision; a copy of an identity document will be deleted upon conclusion. More under Data protection.
